Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged and offer exchanges of purchases. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at makeityours@laneandkate.com for us to send a shipping label to make the process seamless.
We do not accept returns as a small business but always offer exchanges.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your exchange. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed/emailed to you for an equal exchange.
Shipping
Products in the "Ready to Ship" Tab will be mailed in two business days once purchased or received if custom made for you. See our description for each designer and product if not in the "Ready To Ship" tab as there may be a timeline for the making of your piece. If you have any questions feel free to reach out.
To exchange your product, contact Lane & Kate at makeityours@laneandkate.com or call for a conversation to help w the exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
