Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: All pieces in our Ready to Ship tab are available to send within two days of purchase. For all other pieces, each designer has an individual production timeline noted in the product description, please refer to that for your expected shipping window.

Not sure if your piece is ready to ship? Look for "Currently Available" in the product description or browse the Ready to Ship tab to verify.

STORE PICKUP - 1417 Vine Street, OTR Cincinnati - Orders can be picked up daily within our operating hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

 ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

RUSH ORDERS - Orders placed Sunday through Tuesday will not ship till Wednesday when the shop reopens for our week. If you need this rushed please message manager@laneandkate.come for us to assist with your order on our off days.
