Shipping policy

Ready to Ship // Pieces in our Ready to Ship tab that match their Currently Available line ship within two business days.

Made for You // Designer pieces follow each designer's production timeline, listed on every product page. Lane & Kate wedding bands are made new for you in about three weeks, and custom designs in about four weeks after final approval.

Insured Delivery // Every order ships with tracking and is insured while in transit. Higher value orders may require a signature at delivery.

Shipping Costs // Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout.

Store Pickup // Choose pickup at checkout and collect your order at 1417 Vine Street in Over the Rhine during our open hours, Wednesday through Saturday from 11am to 6pm and Sunday from 12pm to 3pm. We will email you as soon as your order is ready.

Off Days // We are closed Monday and Tuesday, so orders placed after Sunday's close ship Wednesday. Need it sooner? Email makeityours@laneandkate.com and we will do our best to help.
